SHREVEPORT, LA Shreveport Police Arrest Man in Kidnapping and Rape Case
The Shreveport Police Department's Sex Crime Detectives have arrested 24-year-old Joelee Walker in connection with a kidnapping and second-degree rape case. Walker is accused of forcibly dragging a woman from one location and subsequently forcing her to engage in sexual acts against her will on September 6th.
If convicted, Walker could face up to 40 years in prison. The Shreveport Police Department remains steadfast in its commitment to seeking justice for victims of heinous crimes such as this. We continue to work diligently to ensure that offenders are held accountable and that our community remains safe.
