Though voting is still about a year away, speculation is growing about whose hat will be in the ring for Shreveport's 2019 mayoral election. If Mayor Ollie Tyler runs for a second term, she could face former Mayor (and current State Representative) Cedric Glover in a Democratic primary. In addition, there's also talk about current city CAO Brian Crawford, Councilman Jerry Bowman and even another run by ex-mayor Keith Hightower.
