Spiders are scary enough when they're small and climbing up your living room wall. So imagine how frightened you'd be if you saw a giant mutant spider running right at you in the dark.

That's exactly what happened to some unsuspecting people when they saw an adorable pooch named Chica adorned in a truly terrifying spider outfit.

In the dark, 'Spider Dog' is more than  little scary at first glance, and, understandably passersby run screaming in the opposite direction.
