Facebook to Live Stream Louisiana Tech Game
For years, Facebook has been attempting to secure rights to live stream major sports like professional football and baseball. And while those attempts haven't exactly gone as planned, they have secured the rights to live stream several NCAA football games this year.
Facebook announced a deal on Wednesday with Stadium, the 24/7 digital sports broadcaster, to stream 15 college football games exclusively on the platform. This means these 15 games, including with one with our very own Louisiana Tech, won't air anywhere other than on Facebook. Which is a HUGE step for FB and their new focus on video and original content.
Here are the games that will stream globally this year.
