Details On The Krewe Of Centaur's 2026 Golf Tournament

Calling all golfers, goofballs, and office class clowns...we have a golf tournament that gives you a chance to shine.

The Krewe of Centaur will host the Annual Vicki Mayence Golf Tournament on Saturday, October 10th, 2026, at Northwood Hills Country Club. Registration opens at 9am, followed by a 10am tee time at the course located at 5000 Northwood Hills Drive.

The organization named the event to honor Vicki Mayence, to recognize her history with the Krewe of Centaur organization...and her dedication to the community. This annual event continues her legacy by helping to raise funds for the Krewe.

Krewe of Centaur Gimmick Holes And Tournament Prizes

This isn't your average golf tournament. You can already expect some shenanigans based off the fact that it's put on by a Mardi Gras Krewe, but then you need to factor in that this is the Krewe of Centaur...which means its going to be even wackier than you might expect.

Basically; don't show up expecting this to be The Masters. You can come to win, but don't take this thing too seriously.

Participants will experience a format that diverges from traditional golf tournaments. The Krewe have incorporated specialty "gimmick holes" throughout the Northwood Hills Country Club course. These gimmick holes are no joke either.

You really never know what to expect when you come up to a gimmick hole at The Krewe of Centaur Vicki Mayence Golf Tournament, just a couple of years ago Red River Range had a "golf ball gun". Where they modded a gun barrel to be able to fire a golf ball down the course, instead of the golfer's tee shot.

Krewe of Centaur Team Registration And Sponsor Fees

The event features additional prize opportunities beyond standard golf scores. Players will receive food and drinks, with chances to win door prizes and raffles during the tournament.

Players can register their teams online through the official event page. A standard four-person team requires an entry fee of $600, equating to $150 per player. Get signed up today, and come out for a great time...and a great cause.
