Eight-Month Old Allegedly Molested, Man Jailed

Detectives have arrested a Shreveport man for molesting an 8-month-old baby girl.

Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator says 29-year-old Stephen Foster of the 3500 block of Jeri Lane, was arrested after a complaint was made to the Sheriff’s Office and Foster was interviewed by deputies. Foster is accused of touching the baby inappropriately while at a family gathering last month. 

Foster was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center for molestation of a juvenile.

His bond was set at $100,277.
