Community-Wide Blood Drive Tomorrow

Every two seconds, someone in this country needs blood. But, during the winter holiday season, the blood supply often falls to critical levels. However, there's something you can do to help. Life Share Blood Centers and the El Dorado Casino are teaming up tomorrow for a community-wide blood drive. It takes place from ten until seven tomorrow in the El Dorado ballroom. If you give the gift of life, you'll get a gift, too -- a free buffet ticket from El Dorado and a Holiday Hero blood donor shirt from Life Share. Of course, you can also give any day and one of Life Share's three centers -- in Shrveport, Bossier City, and Texarkana. But, if you do that, you're asked to call the center first and schedule an appointment.
