Citizen Tips Lead to Teen’s Arrest for School Break-in

Citizen tips land a local man behind bars. Surveillance images were released recently of a break-in at Broadmoor Middle Laboratory School, and that brought in a flood of tips to Shreveport police.

Now, 17-year-old Anthony Barothy is in jail.

He's accused of somehow getting into the school and roaming around rooms and hallways. School officials say they didn't notice anything missing, though.

Barothy is charged with one count of unauthorized entry of a business.
