Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Unit Completes Week-Long Sweep

The Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Unit has wrapped up an investigation called "Operation May Day."  

The local narcotics unit was assisted in the operation by Federal task forces from the DEA, ATF, and U.S. Marshal's Office.

During the week-long operation, agents executed seven search warrants, conducted three follow-up investigations, and made fifteen felony arrests along with six misdemeanor arrests.  The agents seized nearly $150-thousand worth of illegal narcotics, 10 firearms, and more than $17-thousand in cash.
