Caddo DA Opines On John Bel's 'Justice Overhaul'

Caddo Parish District Attorney James Stewart talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about the proposals by Governor John Bel Edwards to "overhaul" the state's criminal sentencing statutes, specifically, jail terms for non-violent and even some violent offenders.
