Caddo DA Announces Stepped Up Truancy Plan [VIDEO]
Caddo Parish District Attorney James Stewart talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright and Erin McCarty about his plan to combat truancy, including the possibility of holding parents responsible.
Stewart tells KEEL listeners that his office - and those in supporting roles - will pressure parent to make sure their children are attending school.
