The Caddo Sheriff's Office will be holding a Crime Scene Investigations Camp for 11- and 12-year-olds this month.

It's scheduled for July 29th, 30th, and 31st at Sheriff's Safety Town.  Camp will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day and campers will need to provide their own lunch.  The camp is free but pre-registration is required. You can do that by calling the Caddo Sheriff's Community Programs Department at 681-0875.

Participants in the camp will learn how to detect cluse and apply CSI techniques at a mock crime scene. They'll collect evidence, take crime scene photographs, make shoe imporssions, and learn to lift and analyze fingerprints.  Finally, they'll be asked to analyze all of clues and solve a crime.
