Bossier Parish Community College's Culinary Arts Program is an intensive two-semester course providing both classroom and laboratory training for those who want to become a professional chef. In order to practice their skills, the culinary students prepare a buffet that is open to the public.

This month, the buffets will be held on Tuesdays from 5:00-6:30 PM through March 22. The menu for March 8 is inspired by French cuisine:

March 8 - “French”
Baguette
Onion Soup
Coq au vin
Roasted New Potatoes
Prosciutto wrapped asparagus
Napoleon Cake
Tea, Punch, Coffee

The cost is $7.00 per person and to-go boxes are available. The buffet is open to the public and is held in the Emmett E. Cope Student Services Center (Building F), 6220 E. Texas St., Bossier City.
