BPCC Baseball Player Honored

A Bossier Parish Community College baseball player has received two national honors.  Cavalier second baseman Taylor Pittman has been named NJCAA Division-One Defensive Player of the Year by Easton Baseball.  Pittman is also the winner of the 2011 NJCAA Division-one Rawlings Gold Glove Award.  The college says Pittman is a graduate of Airline High School and is a student in BPCC's Physical Therapist Assistant program.
