Haughton Man Arrested for Possession and Distributing Child Pornography
A Bossier Parish man is locked up today, accused of possessing and distributing pornography involving juveniles.
Bossier Deputies arrested 42-year-old Brian Timothy Noel of Salmon Street in Haughton. He is suspected of viewing and downloading child sexual abuse images. Agents got a warrant to search his home and found five images depicting child sexual abuse of prepubescent children on his phone.
The images found by deputies were hidden in a social media app. During their investigation detectives also discovered that Noel shared the images via that social media app and his personal email account.
Noel was taken to the detective’s office where he admitted to possessing and distributing the images found on the phone. Noel was arrested and charged with five counts of pornography involving juveniles and three counts of distribution of pornography involving juveniles. He is now behind bars at Bossier Max.
