Dr. Nick Goeders, founder of the Loving Solutions in Blanchard, talks with 101.7 / 710 KEEL's Robert J Wright about his home for women recovering from methamphetamine addiction.

Goeders, who is also the head of Toxicology, Pharmacology and Neuroscience at LSU Health Shreveport, as well as the Executive Director of the newly formed Louisiana Addiction Research Center, explains his dedication to the field of addiction and recovery by citing his own experiences as the child of alcoholic parents.

"Loving Solutions is a Christ-centered community in the Shreveport area serving women healing from the effects of crystal meth. Once a woman, aged 18 or above, has completed therapy and is drug free, Loving Solutions provides a safe and loving environment where she can learn the life skills that she needs to live drug free"

Goeders tells KEEL listeners that Loving Solutions is "a home where women who have recovered from methamphetamine addiction have a place where they can go and learn how to live normal lives again in a Christ-centered environment."
