A guy in Richmond Virginia is suing the TSA after being detained for 90 minutes at the airport.  The 21 year old man was arrested after he took off his shirt and pants to reveal the 4th Amendment written on his chest.  Airport officials say security personnel were doing their job.  They claim he disobeyed commands to pass through a security scanned.  But his attorney says his Constitutional Rights were violated....he was detained for more than an hour with handcuffs on the entire time.  He was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, but authorities later dropped the charge.  The lawsuit alleges false imprisonment, malicious prosecution and violations of the man's rights.
