Zwolle Man Sentenced on Federal Firearms Charge
A 33-year-old Zwolle man has been sentenced in Shreveport Federal Court to 2-1/2 years in federal prison and three years of supervised release.
David Sepulvado, Junior, pled guilty last September to one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition. Sepulvado was arrested by U.S. Marshals in Shreveport almost a year ago on warrants issued in Kaufman County, Texas, for aggravated robbery and theft of a motor vehicle. When he was arrested, he was found to be in possession of a .380 caliber pistol and ammunition. It was then learned that he had prior felony convictions in Sabine Parish in 2008.
