Woodlawn High School Teacher/Coach Arrested for Obscenity

A local teacher and coach has been jailed for obscenity. Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator says Michael Parsons was overseeing in-school suspension at Woodlawn High School, when he was accused of showing an obscene photo from his cell phone to a 19-year-old female in the class. Sheriff's detectives got a warrant to search Parsons' Shreveport home, then arrested the 36-year-old.

This comes just days after Haughton High School softball coach, and former Princeton Elementary School teacher, Jessica Banet's arrest.  She's accused of having a sexual relationship with a teenaged girl on the softball team.
