Lots of attention this week on some Louisiana Tech students visiting the Pearl Harbor Memorial while the team was in Hawaii last month for a bowl game.
In the video, you can see some of the players say they have never heard of the attack on Pearl Harbor.

To many, this is shocking. We have to wonder how these young men don't know about one of the most historical days in our nation. We wonder who is to blame for this apparent lack of knowledge about history?
One of the players says "Honestly, I didn't know anything at all about Pearl Harbor." Another says "it was my first time learning about Pearl Harbor".
Could this be true? Do these young men have zero knowledge about what happened on December 7th, 1941 when much of the United States Naval Fleet was sunk early on that Sunday morning.

And you have to ask yourself, if these young men have never learned about Pearl Harbor, what else do they not know about?
