Water Pressure Issues for Downtown Shreveport This Weekend

Water issues for some Shreveport residents this weekend. The Water and Sewerage Department has scheduled a shut-down of the McNeill Pumping Station for tomorrow, starting at 7 in the morning. It's being done so water main repair work can be completed on North Common Street. The shutdown will last 8 to 10 hours. Residents and businesses in the downtown area may experience lower water pressure because of the work. The department asks that you call if your water pressure drops too much.
