SHREVEPORT, LA - I don't think I have ever seen a job fair event held at a paintball park. Maybe I have missed it, but there is just such an event happening in Dallas this weekend. You might say this is sort of a combo of mud wrestling and job hunting. Interesting combo.

Now this is much more than a hiring event. This is a massive mud/obstacle course for women. But there will also be a federal hiring event sponsored by the TSA (Transportation Security Agency) during this event. It's called MUDGIRL Dallas Fort Worth 2024.

What You Need to Know About This Event

This event is billed as an "all inclusive, 5km (about 3 miles) race, consisting of 17+ obstacles to overcome." You can run by yourself or with a team. You will test your strength, endurance and above all, your spirit.

What Is TSA Doing at the Event?

Saturday, Reps from the TSA representatives will be at the event and you can learn about career opportunities, federal employment, benefits and more.

You will be able to learn about jobs available right now with the Transportation Security Administration

This is another example of unique ways the government is trying to find workers for a variety of jobs.

There are MUDGIRL events all over the country this year.
