A traffic stop has led to a drug arrest in Bossier Parish. A Bossier Parish Sheriff's deputy pulled over a car on Highway-80 because its driver was driving erratically. That driver, 32-year-old Juan Sanchez of Haughton, was unable to produce a driver's license -- telling the deputy it had been suspended. The deputy also learned that Sanchez was wanted on two outstanding warrants in Bossier City. When the deputy did a pat-down search, he found a glass smoking pipe in Sanchez's shirt pocket. He also found six small bags of suspected methamphetamines bagged for resale in his car. Sanchez was arrested and booked into Bossier Max on charges of possessing meth with intent to distribute, possessing drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension, improper lane use, and the two probation violation warrants out of Bossier City.
