Louisiana Film Prize kicks off their annual Festival this weekend in the SBC! Here is everything you need to know about the coolest film prize on the planet.
Louisiana Film Prize is in its third year in Shreveport-Bossier. This year's festival kicks off Thursday with Louisiana Music Prize and wraps on Sunday with the ceremony that will make one short filmmaker $50,000 richer.

1:00a The Winner of the Music Prize is announced!
Friday, October 10
12:00p Film Screenings Open - Robinson Film Center, Capri Theater, and Artstation.
4:30p Voting Opens (700 Texas St.)- There’s no way you can have seen all 20 films before this time.
10:15p Last Screening Block for Friday Begins
