UPDATE: Village Square Shooting Suspect Turns Himself In
Update: Fernando Xavier Hall turned himself yesterday afternoon at the Bossier City Police Department. He was booked into the Bossier City Jail on a charge of aggravated second degree battery. Bond is set at $50,000.
