Bossier Sheriff’s Office and Bossier City Police Department Bust Seven For Prostitution
Agents with the Bossier Combined Narcotics Task Force arrested five for solicitation of prostitution and two others for prostitution during a sting operation Friday night.
On separate occasions, five men contacted undercover agents to meet for the purpose of having sex in exchange for money, while two females agreed to have sex with undercover agents in exchange for money.

Two Arrested After False Robbery Reported
April 19, 2012 East Texas authorities were called to a robbery report in the 1000 block of Texas Boulevard. The alleged victim, 42-year-old Shane Elliot of Dekalb, reported that he'd been robbed at gunpoint. After an investigation, detectives found out Elliot had, in fact, fabricated the story to cover up a possible prostitution act

June 9, 2011 A joint investigation by the Bossier Sheriff's Office and Bossier City Police Department leads to numerous drug and prostitution arrests. The investigation netted three drug arrests. Matthew West and Jennifer Kirtz were booked for possession and creation of a clandestine meth lab within 1,000 feet of a school, possessing heroin with intent to distribute, and possessing drug paraphernalia
