The City of Natchitoches is getting ready to 'Turn on the Holidays,' officially beginning the 45 nights of Christmas lights and kicking off the city's Christmas season.

The recital will feature four new works for oboe/saxophone duo commissioned by the Three Reeds Duo including a composition by former Northwestern State faculty member Richard Rose. The original compositions were commissioned with funding from the Donald Derby Endowed Professorship at Northwestern State.
