A Shreveport waitress is in jail...accused of stealing a customer's wallet. The Caddo Sheriff's Department says 21-year-old Amber Blazer allegedly stole the wallet after the customer left it on the seat at the restaurant. Caddo Sheriff's deputies arrested a man for burglary after he used his neighbor's doggy door to gain access to her home.   21-year-old Timothy Sepulvado of 521 Dixon Avenue in Shreveport, was arrested after he was captured on video entering the house through the pet door and walking around inside while the homeowner was at work.
