On Monday, March 7, 2011, troopers with the Louisiana State Police Insurance Fraud/Auto Theft Unit in Shreveport arrested a former Shreveport attorney and charged her with one count of bank fraud. The arrest was the result of an investigation into a complaint made to the Louisiana Department of Insurance
