‘Storm Chaser’ Meteorologist Reed Timmer: Shreveport-Bossier Could See “Multi-Day Tornado Outbreak”

Nationally known meteorologist Reed Timmer says that the Shreveport-Bossier City area could be facing threats of tornadoes the likes of which the area hasn’t seen since 2011.

Timmer, who came to prominence on The Discovery Channel’s “Storm Chaser” TV series, warned Ark-La-Tex residents via Twitter:

 

Timmer’s forecast calls for storms and the threat of tornadoes to build in the Texas panhandle, move across east Texas, then cross into the Ark-La-Tex, and finally reach their peak in Mississippi and Alabama.
