Caddo Sheriff's deputies say a Shreveport woman is under arrest for stealing cookie dough and chocolate from a fundraising company and reselling the items for cash.  Detectives say 31-year-old Melinda Fuller submitted orders to the California company using a fake school name and forged principal's signature.  Sheriff's detective Bobby Herring says Fuller received nearly $3,000 worth of product, which she later sold and kept the money.  She's now been booked into Caddo Correctional Center on charges of theft and forgery
