State Office Building Evacuated in Shreveport
The State Office Building at Fairfield and Jordan had to be evacuated because of a power surge this morning.
More than a dozen police and fire units have been on the scene. A Swepco spokesman tells KEEL news 4 circuits locked out the substation. As many as 700 customers were without power, but that is now down to about 80. Crews are working to get all of the power restored.
