Shreveport Police Search for Missing Man

The Shreveport Police Department needs your help to find an elderly man who has not been seen since last month. Marcel Raphel has been missing since the afternoon of April 13, 2012 when he was last seen by relatives in the 3000 block of Stafford Street in Shreveport. Mr. Raphel is an 86 year old black male who stands about five feet eight inches tall, weighs approximately 160 pounds and has black and gray hair. Detectives are concerned for the welfare Mr. Raphel, who apparently has some health issues, and want to make sure he is safe.
