Shreveport Police Officer Placed on Leave

Shreveport Police Chief Alan Crump has placed a police officer on departmental leave this following an allegation of possible policy violations.

Corporal David Ware, hired by the department in August of 2005, was placed on paid leave by Chief Crump pending an administrative investigation into the alleged policy violations.

No other details have been released by the city.
