SHREVEPORT, LA-   Shreveport Police Department is seeking public assistance in identifying this suspect in a jewelry theft

The Shreveport Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying a female suspect involved in a jewelry theft that occurred on October 8, 2023, around 2 PM.

The photographed suspect reportedly entered a jewelry store located in the 1800 block of East 70th St. and committed the theft of multiple items of jewelry. Law enforcement is now urging the community to come forward with any information that may lead to the identification and apprehension of the suspect.

Police are actively investigating the incident and have released a photograph of the suspect taken during the commission of the crime. The Shreveport Police Department is seeking cooperation from residents, businesses, and anyone who may recognize the suspect.
