Shreveport Parking Meter Theft Suspect Wanted

Shreveport Police are asking the public for help in identifying a man who, in the early evening hours of September 20, stole money from a parking meter on Louisiana Avenue. 

In a surveillance video obtained by police, the man is seen driving up, getting out of his car, walking to the meter, breaking into it and then walking back to his car.
