Shreveport Man Fighting for His Life After Shooting in West Shreveport

Police are looking for a suspect in an early-morning shooting at a business in the 700 block of W. 70th Street.

Just before 2 a.m., officers found 41-year-old Stacy King suffering from several gunshot wounds. King was taken to University Health, where he was last listed in critical condition.

Preliminary information suggests King was outside the business arguing with another man. The suspect reportedly pulled a handgun, shooting King multiple times in the upper body, then running off.
