Shreveport Man Arrested for Family Dollar Robbery

A man believed to have robbed a west Shreveport dollar store last spring is, at last, behind bars. Police arrested 22-year-old Kenneth Webster without incident, after he was identified as the man who robbed the Family Dollar in the 600 block of West 70th Street back on April 24th.
Webster allegedly walked into the business armed with a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. He got some cash and took off. No one was hurt. Webster’s been booked on one count of armed robbery. His bond is set at $150,000.
