A market analysis prepared by TMG Consulting of New Orleans shows that significant opportunities exist in Shreveport Common.  

The four-month-long study involved a review of the Shreveport Common Vision Plan, multiple site visits, and extensive research and analysis.  TMG staffers interviewed scores of people from realtors, developers, and bankers to Shreveport Common property owners, artists, and city and parish officials. Their conclusion was that the 9-block art and culture district should be capable of supporting significant housing and retail or commercial uses if all of the stakeholders continue working together.  You can hear the presentation by TMG's Eric Melancon here:
