While authorities have the second Boston bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev cornered, a Shreveport digital billboard has delivered a powerful, albeit controversial message.

The billboard features images of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects, brothers Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, along with former Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden. “Two Down One to Go” is displayed in big, bold letters, with targets placed over the faces of bin Laden and the latter brother, who was killed early Friday morning by Boston authorities.
