Should Caddo Schools Be Split Into 2 Districts?

There's some talk about splitting the Caddo parish school system. Leaders of the Red River United Teachers Union says the Alliance for Education is pushing the plan.

If it gets off the ground, the new district would include students living south of I-20 and east of I-49. But the teacher's union is against the plan and will actively fight the idea.
