UPDATE: Shooting Suspect Captured

Law enforcement officers have captured the gunman believed responsible for a triple shooting this morning at a motel in Joaquin. Initial reports are that a woman is dead and two other people wounded. An all-points bulletin had been issued for the arrest of 42-year-old Bobby Dewayne Grubbs.   He was taken into custody this afternoon near Houston
