Resumes Being Accepted For Bossier Parish Registrar Of Voters

Bossier Parish is looking for a new Registrar Of Voters!

Individuals interested in applying for the Bossier Parish Registrar of Voters position can find the information they need on the parish website, www.bossierparishla.gov.

Police Jury officials said the job description and requirements will be posted on the website along with instructions for filing resumes. Individuals interested in applying may send a resume to Lisa Larkin, Human Resource Manager, at llarkin@bossierparishla.gov or call 965-3711.

Bossier Parish Administrator Bill Altimus said resumes will be accepted for 20 days from the posting of the notice.

Bossier Parish Registrar of Voters Janet Burks announced she will officially retire from her office on May 31, bringing to an end a 45-year career in the registrar’s office that began in 1971. Members of the parish police jury will select Burks’ replacement.
