Poor Customer Service at Shreveport CVS Pharmacy (VIDEO)

One customer if CVS Pharmacy wants to know what has happened to customer service?
Bon Morrison was overcharged by $100.00 dollars for a prescription. When he went back to the store five days later, here's the link to the video showing the service he got:
