It took a little while, but a 22-year-old finally told police who shot him a few days ago. Just before 11:30 this past Tuesday night, Shreveport patrol officers were called out to a shooting in the 3000 block of Lindholm Avenue. That's where they found Cordarryl Wilkins suffering from a grazing gunshot wound to the head. He was treated at the scene, but initially wouldn't tell police what happened. He finally said someone he knows shot at him during an argument over $40 he had loaned the other man, and that had not been repaid. The suspect has been identified as 19-year-old Martel McMullen, and police have an arrest warrant charging him with one count of attempted second-degree murder. Take a look at his photo and if you know where he can be found, call detectives or Crime Stoppers.
