Parking Ticket Fines In Shreveport Could Go Up
May 8, 2012 7:10 AM Shreveport leaders are trying to find a way to make parking violators pay up. One proposal would double the fine for folks who fail to pay. 
Right now, the ticket is $10 if you pay it within ten days. But that fine goes up to $25 after ten days. The Shreveport Council is looking at a proposal to double that late fine to $50 dollars.
