Opening arguments are set to begin at 1 this afternoon in the second-degree murder trial of Darrius Williams. He'll be on trial for the August 2008 shooting death of a 17-month-old child inside a residence in the 3100 block of Lillian. Investigators say the child was asleep in a playpen in the living room, when Williams allegedly fired shots into the house.
