Million Dollar Lottery Ticket Sold In Minden…So Far It’s Unclaimed

Was a one million dollar lottery ticket sold in Minden back in September? Well, that's what the Louisiana Lottery website says. And it also says that that life changing amount remains unclaimed!

More than a dozen top dollar tickets sold in the last six months have yet to be turned in, and one of those is a one million dollar ticket purchased at Minden's Sibley Road Chevron.

The ticket, which was sold Sept. 27 of last year, was a Powerball with the white numbers 02 11 35 52 54 and 13 as the Powerball.  The winner matched all of the white numbers but missed the Powerball number. Lottery officials say that until the winner comes forward, they have no way of knowing who purchased the ticket or where they're from.

The winner has until March 25 to claim the money or the ticket will expire...and the million dollar prize is gone.
