Two Men are seen in this video cross the Rio Grande River, that separates the US and Mexico on the southern border of Texas.

The two men crossed an area into Laredo Texas.The Breitbart Report claims that nearly 70 percent of the Border Patrol agents in the area are no longer patrolling or protecting the border, but instead are assigned to provide care for the unaccompanied minor and families crossing illegally.
