Mayor Announces Summer Intern/Jobs Program

The City of Shreveport plans to employ more than three-hundred young people in the Mayor's Summer Jobs Program this year. Mayor Glover says the city's Community Development Department is once again coordinating the program -- as well as the Mayor's Summer Internship Program. He says any private business interested in working with the city on this initiative will be welcome.
